NASH ‘NSW – 12 DA Drawn Arc Stud Welder is one of the most advanced and versatile microprocessor based state-of-the art technology in drawn arc stud welding.The various facilities incorporated in the controller provide precise control of the welding parameters for the achieving a good quality weld. The entire programming being carried out by four keys and a four line 20 – character backlit LCD display.
The NASH ‘Drawn Arc Stud Welder’ is working with the principle of short-cycle drawn arc stud welding. You can weld pins and threaded / non threaded studs of M3 – M12 or Ø 3 – 11 mm as well as numerous fastening elements made of steel and stainless steel. It is also possible to weld fastening elements made of aluminum and brass depending on the respective requirements.
